The service provided comes from your list of services, which can be billed at an hourly or fixed rate, as well as using a cost plus markup for your subcontractors. Services have many other options that you can edit, such as requiring a deposit for bookings, including a cancellation fee, and offering a prepay discount.
If the service has a rate, it's billable. Otherwise it's non-billable. Client invoices can be automatically generated from billable tasks.
